Nicholas Monck

Nicholas Monck is an Assistant Professor of Military Law at the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland, where he teaches constitutional law, military justice, and operational law. His scholarship focuses on the intersection of law, policy, and national security. He currently chairs the American Bar Association's Standing Committee on Armed Forces Law and the ABA Young Lawyers Division's Government, Military, and Public Sector Lawyers committee. His diverse legal background includes work in environmental law, voting rights, and emergency response. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States and the Colorado Supreme Court. 

In 2025, Nicholas was recognized by the ABA as an "On the Rise – Top 40 Young Lawyer."
